Bently Nevada 330902-00-15-10-01-00 NSv Proximity Probe

The 330902-00-15-10-01-00 is a compact probe from Bently Nevada’s 3300 NSv series. It is made in the U.S.A. and designed for small machines and tight spaces. This probe gives accurate vibration and position readings even in harsh conditions.

Thread and Length Details

This probe has a 1/4-28 UNF thread and comes with armor. It has no unthreaded section. The case is 1.5 inches long. The total cable length is 1.0 meter (39 inches). It fits well in small areas and is easy to install.

Cable and Connector

The probe uses a ClickLoc miniature connector. It also has a connector protector. The cable is a 75 Ω coaxial type, with strong FEP insulation. This makes it safe and long-lasting.

Strong and Durable Build

The case is made from AISI 304 stainless steel. The probe tip uses polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), which resists heat and chemicals. A Viton O-ring seals the probe for pressure use.

Temperature and Storage

The probe works in extreme heat or cold. It can operate from -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +351°F). The storage temperature is the same. Avoid keeping it under -34°C for long times, or it may fail early.

Electrical and Mechanical Data

The resistance at 1 meter is 4.2 ± 0.5 ohms. Use 5.1 N·m (45 in·lb) torque to install it. The maximum is 7.3 N·m (65 in·lb). The thread goes into the machine up to 0.375 inches.

Lightweight and Easy to Handle

The probe weight ranges from 14 to 150 grams (0.5 to 5.3 oz), depending on cable length. It is easy to handle during setup.
